I paid 365rs on 30th august from upi id. My money got debited from my bank account but i didn't receive any acknowledgement from mac d. On contacting them they said it's a server problem and they will refund the money in 7 working days. It has been 20 days now and still o actions have taken. I tired of emailing the feedback team constantly but not even for once they cared enough to reply to me. Even the customer care is of no help. I want my refund as soon as possible
