Mcdonald's India — not received pf amount

Hai sir
My name is Robin J Kottaram I worked in McDonald's Hard castle restaurant city center Mangalore, Karnataka for 8 Months and left on 12/08/2017 After that I applied for PF amount withdrawal but still now I not at all received any information from McDonald's or PF office about my PF amount I submitted all the documents that they asked for the withdrawal
So I need an explanation about the issue with in one day or else I go through the complaint
