I had placed an online order with McDonald's on 22nd June 2014, where my account was debited but the order was not confirmed and not delivered. I got to know this when I called up at the Mcdelivery number.
I had to place the fresh order where I had paid cash against delivery. I was been told that the refund will reflect in my account within 7-10 working days. After the failure of refund, I had again complaint before 7-10 days and was
assured that due to some mistake from their, my refund was not initiated and they would immediately process the refund.
After failing with their assurance to refund, I had mailed them on 16th July 2014, stating the same issue which was not being resolved from their end. But it seems they are not bothered as they have neither replied nor refund the amount.
The following are the details of the said transaction which is reflecting in my bank account.

It been 36 days and till date, i havent received the refund.
