Ordered a dine-in meal from an app on 15th April at around 2 PM through the McDonald's India West and South app bearing the transaction ID: HRPL-OML[protected]-1.
Right after ordering, I couldn't track it through the app, even though I received the confirmation mail of the order and the money being deducted. Upon inquiring about it, the staff at McDonald's Bangalore (Orion Mall) make me wait 30 min for my order saying that they have not received it, when it clearly is showing from the mail that I have successfully placed the order and that money has been deducted. I had to wait 30 min with no resolution for the same and now I have not received the refund either. The McDonald's India app is a pain to use, it is a very very very bad experience and I will not be using it ever again and asking everyone I know to stay away from it as well.
