Hi ceo of mcdonalds, Wat happen wat kind of service your are provideing from your side and I m waiting for resolveing my complaint last two days and no body response from your side, wat is dis and without information u r mark complaint in resolved means such a pathetic and harassed your customer like this. I suggest to all my relative and frnds never choose mcdonald because they never solve customer issue and they happy to see customer in trouble. On 7th May I ordered Chicken Mcspicy along with other things from Marple, Kalyani Nagar, Pune. Please check the image to see what I actually received. I've also attached the bill.

On 22nd May 2017 i had visited McDonald's restaurant late night, located at lonavla. I wanted to use the rest room but the staff behaved arrogantly and did not allow a girl to use washroom instead the behaviour went so bad that he pushed me back. He denied to use the restroom saying that there is no water and after 11pm no one is allowed to step in. My intention was only to use the rest room as that point of time in the night being a girl i found McDonald to be the most comfortable place to visit. Hence i had to force my self to say that it is an emergency. Kindly look into the issue the whole story cannot be explained. Hence i am adding the video as much i was able to shoot. As the staff was snatching my phone. None of the 5 stars or 7 starts hotels can stop visitors to use the washroom.
