Mcdonald's India — Payment made twice but amount has not been refunded, been more than 10 days.

I have made the payment twice in McD outlet in AMB( Sarath City) mall Hyderbard on 8th July'23 of amount Rs.348. I have been told to make the payment twice as the scanner was timed out. And they told me that amount would be refunded but I haven't received the amount yet, its been 16days for today.
