Mcdonald's India — Received less than the order but paid whole amount on delivery

This has happened more than 5 times with me that I have not received my complete order though I have paid for full order at the time of home delivery . When I tried to contact the delivering outlet, they are not answering my calls. I want Mcdonalds to take strict action against this asap.
I contacted the delivering partner and they happily helped.
The packet was always unopened and untouched by the delivering agent .

Soon after my complaint, Mcdonalds delivered me the remaining order and apologised .
Not much needed after that
