Mcdonald's India — refund for transaction | |||||
I placed a order in Mcdonald at cochin-682024, lulu mall, 50/2392, NH-17 and I paid the bill through my credit card. Transaction was completed and receipt came out and I also got mobile sms of transaction confirmation. But mcdonald crew said that drawer couldnt open because of network issue . He said that i have to pay cash for the order and the current transaction amount will be credited in your account with in 48 hours. But it is almost one week, i didnt get the refund. I also mailed to [protected]@mcdonaldsindia.com but still no reply. Was this information helpful? | |||||
