[Resolved] Mcdonald's India — refund process and failed to delivery the order on time | |||||
I had placed an order from mcd on 26 aug 18, 3:54:28 pm order number: air-dl[protected], which was cancelled by since i chose different delivery address. Later when i enquired with their call center for refund they said, you may received within 7 to 8 working days. I had called to check my refund status, the response was not satisfying "you have to wait till 7 to 8 working days. We wont consider saturday and sunday" executive was lacking politeness and customer experience. Today[protected], when i called the customer care on [protected] person named suraj, floor supervisor asking me to write an email to their email support for refund. This was not informed to me at the time of raising my request for refund. Also, people work on stores never respect their customer's need. I placed an order which i received after 2 hours. Manager of the store is not willing to understand that customer order food for their hunger. Was this information helpful? | |||||
