I along with my daughter visited your outlet at urban plaza (mmrda food court), bandra kurla complex, bandra (e), mumbai 400051. our order no. 145 and we had ordered for just 2 ice creams. first there was a long queue at your billing counter. the staff at the counter were chit chatting and not paying attention to fast disposal of the long queue. thereafter once finally the order was placed, there was no one at the counter to service the ice cream. even there a lot of customers were waiting for a long time. finally one of the staff came and she was taking her own sweet time to fulfill the order requests. finally when our turn came, we were told that the ice cream machine was not filled with ice cream and that we have to wait for another indefinite period. ofcourse i was left with no choice but to seek a refund of the monies paid, cancel the order and come back unhappy and disgusted with your this particular retail outlet.in the past as well we had a very bad experience wherein we had asked for a french fries with peri peri and inspite of my repeated asking if the peri peri was there in the packet (as the order was take away), upon reaching home we realized the peri peri was not there. this outlet of yours and a manager by the name of archana need proper training. trust that mc donalds will take suitable action. Me and my son faced food poisoning same day. My son was admitted for 1 day. It took 3 days for complete recovery for both o[censored]s.
I frequently order from McDonald and my purchase is minimum 5000 monthly. I would say that quality has very much degraded. Reason could be an employee or store itself, no matter what it costed me 4800/- plus physical and mental stress.
I trust McDonalds for 11 years, but not any more.
