I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the abhorrent experience my family and I recently endured at your rt Nagar branch in Bangalore. Our visit on 6th September was marred by the appalling behavior of one of your employees, Mr. Afroz, which left us deeply disturbed and disheartened.
On the aforementioned date, my family and I decided to visit McDonald's for a meal. In total, we placed 11 orders. Unfortunately, Mr. Afroz, who was responsible for taking our orders, exhibited blatant anger and hostility towards us throughout our interaction. Not only was his tone rude and disrespectful, but he also resorted to using profane language, which is entirely unacceptable under any circumstances.
This unpleasant encounter with Mr. Afroz was not an isolated incident. My sister and I had visited the same location earlier in the day, and even then, we were subjected to his impolite and hostile behavior. At that time, we attributed his demeanor to perhaps having a bad day, as we understand that everyone can have off moments. However, our evening visit with our family was nothing short of a nightmare, as Mr. Afroz's conduct escalated to an even more appalling level.
Despite our attempts to remain calm and polite, Mr. Afroz continued to berate us and treated us with complete disrespect. It was disheartening to witness such a lack of professionalism and courtesy from an employee representing your renowned brand.
In our frustration and disappointment, we approached the manager on duty to report Mr. Afroz's behavior. The manager was apologetic and acknowledged the inexcusable conduct displayed by Mr. Afroz. However, what truly astounded us was Mr. Afroz's complete lack of remorse for his actions. This suggests a concerning attitude problem that needs immediate attention.
As loyal customers of McDonald's, we visit your establishment with the expectation of enjoying a pleasant dining experience and excellent customer service. Our recent encounter with Mr. Afroz at the RT Nagar branch in Bangalore has left us deeply disheartened and concerned about the quality of service we received.
We kindly request that you take this complaint seriously and conduct a thorough investigation into Mr. Afroz's behavior. We believe that no customer should be subjected to such abuse and harassment. It is imperative that your employees uphold the high standards of professionalism and courtesy that McDonald's is known for.
We would appreciate a follow-up on this complaint to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to address this issue and prevent it from happening to other customers in the future. Our continued patronage to McDonald's depends on the resolution of this matter.
