Mcdonald's India — Staff Behaviour

The staff's behaviour at Mac Donalds in Lulu mall Lucknow was very unprofessional, disrespectful and offendable. I and my two other friends were thirsty and we ordered three cold coffee and three softies. We asked the staff to provide us water. The first staff noded yes and went in to bring water but was scolded by his senior. Then we asked other staffs nearly 20 times but all we got in response was excuses or disrespectful comments like you should bring gallon with yourself, or we don't provide refill for water. They gave us water in a small tea cup for once and showed unwanted attitude.
