Dear McDonald, 1. On 04 June 2021, we were traveling and halted at Dasuya outlet at Pathankot- Jalandhar road, State code-03 and ordered few eatables from your Drive thru outlet(bills attached). 2. We are really sorry to inform you that all the orders i.e Fries/ Burgers were not freshly prepared and they were pre-cooked/ pre-fried and the same were handed over to us after re-heating. 3.
