Mcdonald's India — Transaction failed but not yet got the refund

Hi,
This is Amit Kumar. Have placed an order twice on 2nd Nov 2022 from amazon pay which were failed through McDonald mobile app. From the app, I can see that the refund has been initiated for both transactions, but it has not yet come to Amazon Pay. Had a discussion with Amazon customer service. They are looking RRN number for the same which in not available in the mobile app payment history. Have attached the screenshot for the same (transaction surrounded by red square).

Can you please share the RRN number for the same or settle the same? It has been more than a month now/ Your quick reply is appreciated.
