Hygiene and customer satisfaction is must in all the restaurants but today in McDonald's, the employers have disappointed me! The tray on which the order was placed was not hygiene, it had ketchup on it. Not just once but twice! When I complaint the Manger Mr. Manish Tyagi regarding this, the second time, he brought a clean tray from inside and banged it on the counter and asked "Is this clean?" It is not acceptable by any individual. I even demanded to check other trays too but he didn't allow me.
Though, I called the policemen and the money is refunded but the manager Mr. Manish Tyagi not only didn't come to confront his mistake but also talked ill-mannered. Then, the senior Manager, Mr. Saurav Juneja came to solve the issue but he was defending his staff. In the mean while of argument, he even shouted on me that "Who I think of myself", and honestly, after hearing all this, I talked bad too.
The Policeman came to talk first was not in the uniform and I suppose, he was one of the Manager's (Mr. Saurav Juneja's) friend only whom he called. While leaving the restaurant after no conclusion, I got a call back from the police officer whom I actually called that he was there now, but he didn't do anything! And at last, I was proved a fool in front of a number of people there! As a customer, I want some strict action against this.
