I had a great faith until this instance happened and i am shame full to being an indian and mcdonald’s is being handled by one of you guys.
I’ve ordered back on 2nd july (Not sure if it’s the correct date) with few burgers and french fries.
I’ve raised a complaint related to the worst quality of the burgers and the french fries at the same time. Your delivery boy came and confirmed that the quality of the burgers and french fries were pathetic. He took all the burgers and promised to replace it with a fresh order.
Till date i’ve not received anything and also no refund related to the same. I’ve called multiple team members in your call center. They promised me so many things nothing happened till today.
I just called today also to get the status. Your great call center guy disconnected my call.
I’ve paid my payment in full. No resolution yet. I never received any bill also.
They also stated that they are sending the oil for lab testing. I am concerning now that if they themselves accepted that the food is not good for health and while that oil report is still pending, how come you guys can start serving in the same oil. When you know that it is unhygienic.
