Over the past few visits, I have encountered persistent issues with the offer kiosk, which not only disrupts my dining experience but also appears to be a recurring problem. While I understand that technical glitches may occur, the frequency of malfunctions at this particular outlet is highly concerning.
What adds to my frustration is the apparent lack of concern from the staff. On multiple occasions, I have brought this matter to their attention, but the response has been indifferent at best. Today, I even spoke with the store manager over the phone, hoping for a resolution. Unfortunately, he conveyed an inability to address the problem, stating that there was nothing he could do if the offer kiosk was not functioning.
As a loyal customer, I believe in the quality of service that McDonald's is known for, and it is disheartening to experience such consistent issues without a proactive effort to resolve them. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and kindly request that you investigate the ongoing technical problems at the Sargasan Cross Road outlet. A timely resolution will not only enhance my dining experience but also contribute to maintaining the positive image that McDonald's has earned over the years.
