"Hi Rishi, it looks like a lot of people are complaining about mCent. Maybe you should try switching to a different app, and I have a good recharge app to recommend, but let me come to that later. I don't think you should have any problem with receiving money in your account even though you have ported to a different mobile service. Maybe you should email them if haven't tried that already, or post it to your social media accounts, Facebook, Twitter, etc. Your issue will be resolved eventually, I hope.

Either that or your balance is getting deducted but the recharge amount isn't reflecting in your mobile account. In either case, you should try calling their customer care service and speak to them in person so they understand your issue in a better way.
