I have collected 180000 point on 23.10.18 and recharge 200 ₹. App passbook in recharge successful but my mobile main account in not received balance. I have eleven freind connect on your application. Pls send me 200 ₹. After five days not received recharge amount. Pls send me recharge amount urgently. Pls send me reply urgent. Pls help me immediately.

My mcent brawser points deducted but I dont recieve my recharge but still it showing that recharge received.After 4 times of showing 'Recharge failed' 5 time it shows 'recharge received' but I dont get any kind of recharge.This is my first recharge.
Please solve this problem.
