I have referred my 8 friends through my refer id... They installed it first time and created accounts with my referred id and they are new users... Yet i haven't got my refer points... Please help me in this matter... Otherwise i have to lose 25000 points for each friends who joined with my refer id... I haven't think that mcent can do this type of inconveniences to me.. I'm unhappy with mcent now... Plzz help me to solve this issue.. I'm waiting for your prompt response... Plz

I recharged my jio sim by mcent browser. After some time the mcent browser showes recharge received. But i didn't get any messages related with it from the service provider (Jio). I waited lot of time but i didn't get the recharge. I think it should be the mistake from mcent. They are responsible to refill the points or to make the recharge success. Pls give me a solution.

When i started using mcent browser i was getting daily 3000 pionts in starting. But i changed my smartphone from samsung to realme 2 pro the points daily i got started descreasing daily. Now i not able to get more than 2000 points a day. And also which the daily bonus was given was also stopped in the new handset after 30 days o[censored]sing the browser in the handset. I request you to kindly look in to the matter.

When i am going to register my jio mobile number on mcent browser after that a page of confirmation of otp is appeared but i am not getting otp on my number after that if i am going to resend otp plenty of time but all time otp is not receiving while my another is also registered on mcent browser on which otp is easily coming. Kindly resolve my problem .

I made this recharge on 27 october 2018 but neither i got any recharge on my number nor my points were returned in my account. I just want to request you plz give transfer points option to your customers so then if we already recharge our mobile sim no and someone need more points to get recharge so we can transfer other points to our frnds it helps alot for our frnds to get recharge in hard times if they urgently required and they dont have sufficient points becz in this browser minimum recharge is for 1 lakh 70 thousands plus points required right so if someone have only 1 lakh points and i can tranfer him my points just to help him to get recharge fast. Plz team make this option in your browser it helps alot.

Sir, i have enough points in my mcent account for top up. But recharge is always failed. Sir you have cheated with us. This is a case of fraud. Please solve my problem and help to get my top up. And one thing more i have tried around 20times to send you email but it was not send. Please help me otherwise we will reoprt it as sapm. I have been using it for five months and aftee doing alot of refer to my freinds i have collected these points. Whole day i was working on it. But at last you have cheated me. This is very fraud thing. This should not be done even from you which have big market in this world. So please help me resolve my recharge error as soon as possible.

I have referred my 3-4 friends through my refer id... They installed it first time and created accounts with my referred id and they are new users... Yet i haven't got my refer points... Please help me in this matter... Otherwise i have to lose 25000 points for each friends who joined with my refer id... I haven't think that mcent can do this type of inconveniences to me.. Nowadays 50% offer is going on...so I recharged with my points of ₹199. A notification came that the topup will be recharged soon. Even after 1 to 2 hours, recharge didn't completed

I collect some points in mcent but on 15th october 2018 when i am recharged my sim through mcent browser my ninety eight thousand points or ninety eight rupees where shorted out but my recharge was not done than after i think that it takes some time to complete this procedure but nothing going to be happen it is approximately one month completed but neither my phone has been recharged nor my mcent balance was refund
So i request to solve my problem as soon as possible.
