In my mcent browser bitcoins are not increased properly and my mcent browser does not show my code proplerly it is below the screen level i can not show the code properly now tell me what can i do and one more problem in my ment browser it is bitcoin increase only 1000 a day but in other person mobile it increase 3500 coins in a day so please solve it problem thank you.

I earned 209000 points on mcent browser dated 24/09/2018.
And have a recharge of ₹400 (50% off).
It displays recgarge successful and received. Bt i didn't received any confirmation messge for the same.
And also no recharge amount is credited.
And points are also deducted.
So pls give me my points back or recharge.
It's all about ₹400 only.. Bt also the reputation of mcent.

4 days ago i had tried to done a recharge of rs449 with my mcent browser's points on my idea no [protected]. Points was deducted immediately but till no recharge is received. I had already waited 4 days. Now i requests you to either refund my points in my browser or please recharge my above said number with rs449. Please solve my issue asap.

But now he is getting my coins as our mcent account is same due to addition of his number

There are mcent points and i used my 199, 500 points for this recharge but it wasted. My registered mobile number on mcent is [protected] and the recharged number is also added to the same account.

Updated by Ashish@143 I still not get recharge of my jio no-[protected], by 399, points on my mcent browser is deducted, it is showing in browser activity section that recharge is done but still i had not get my no recharged. I have doubt that mcent is really giving recharge or only cheated customer. This is very miserable that user uses this browser and collect the points and mcent make them fool. Very worst app.

Dear sir,

I have referred my 8 friends through my refer id... They installed it first time and created accounts with my referred id and they are new users... Yet i haven't got my refer points. They installed the app through my referral link and also it is showing that 8 friends registered. Out of 8 friends 5 of them used mcent more than 5 days.. I got referral points against 4 friends, but i didn't get rest 1 referral points. As a result i am not getting 25000 points for the friend who joined with my refer id. I haven't think that mcent can do this type of inconveniences to me..... Plzz help me to solve this issue.. I'm waiting for your prompt response...

Iam using mcent app more than 1 year..i completely trusted this app...but you cheated me..i have more than 100000 points in my account, i transferred to recharge my mobile account.the points are reduced in my account but recharge is not done right now.. this is a cheating.. you are a fraud..i hope you will give response to my points

I have done a jio recharge of rs 399 for 199500 mcent point on 14th october 2018. But recharge not done though my mcent point is deducted from my mcent account and displays recharge received in my mcent browser activity tab. But recharge is not done and i did not get any confirmation message in my jio number about any kind of recharge. Pleas help in this regard.

Sir i had done recharge of 199 on my jio number, but points get deducted and recharge not done, please solve this issue.I had done this recharge on 15 October at 12 am but still it does not showing that recharge is done. IF recharge is not done then mail us the reason why recharge is not credited on my jio number.

I earned 150000 points in mcent, I recharged my idea mobile number 7736...87. in recharges history it has an entry with 300 is successful. But I haven't received any recharge.
Resolve my issue asap. It's been 14 hours I haven't recieved any recharge till now.
