MCent — recharge error

I'm not able to proceed a recharge with my recharge points. I have a lot of recharge points for recharge. But not able to proceed a recharge. I refer my all friends to get these points. But now i'm not able to redeem it. Please help me out. I'm not able to proceed a recharge with my recharge points. This is really important for me to get an answer. Why this recharge not proceed. Why i'm not able to proceed a recharge...

I can't recharge my number. I've already mailed to MCent customer support but no response from them. My number is [protected]. I've spent my time to collect points for recharge but its all waste.

Whenever I'm trying to recharge my number via mcent browser, it's saying recharge completed but neither coins are being deducted nor recharge is getting completed.
Kindly help asap.

I have collected 1.53 lakhs points in mcent browser.
But when I going to recharge, always shows me " recharge on its way.please wait sometime.confirmation times may vary depending on operators. "

But no recharge received till last.
