Dear mcent browser customer care exactive You have mistake. About my recharge i have earn my point via fully honesty then i have to reacharge of 498 rupees in my jio no. You have show in mcent recharge recived. But recharge not recived in my mobile no. Please redeem my point back or you recharge my no. Please resolve my problem. I have also attach my screenshot. Sir you can check also my all activity in mcent browser i have full time mcent user please try to understand. when I login mcent browser with my phone number is 9399606119 it says that The device is login to another phone number
I have top up for Airtel no. [protected] for Rs.200 discount of 100 offer with 100000 points on 28th September 2018 .I got reduced 100000 points from my mcent account. The status shows recharge received in Activity tab..But No recharge message received on my mobile either no money added to this airtel No. [protected] . Plz resolve this issue ASAP.
I have not received recharge but browser is shown recharge successful plz solve my complaint I request you.
