Mebelkart — Not giving replacement

First of all, this is the order id #[protected] placed on 28/11/15. It was a prepaid order of Rs 405. Product : Kenstar Dry Iron Wonderlite KND75G1M (I received the product very late from the promised date of delivery.) Received on 14/12/2015 The parcel had a packing label of askmebazaar taped on it. I was wondering and asked the delivery boy why a package from mebelkart has a label of askmebazaar on it! He also started wondering! After opening the packaging it was a disaster inside. All I saw was pieces broken apart inside the box. I immediately took some pictures and mailed them to [protected]@mebelkart.com and claimed replacement or if not then refund. Today (15/12/15) I received a reply from mebelkart saying "please take to kenstar". "We kindly request you to take to kenstar for repair they will repair the product for free" I have attached few pictures of the broken product and a snap of the email conversation. Please go through them, the best resolution I would prefer is replacement or a refund.

The return policy of mebelkart says...

Eligibility: Returns can be made if the product is defective, damaged, or is not as described on the website. If a particular part of the product is faulty and replaceable, the same shall be provided.
