Medi Assist India — i have submitted all the required documents but claim not settled it almost 3 months | |||
I am a employee of axis bank ltd. My father was admitted thrice in the month of july with that 1 of them were cashless. I have submitted all the necessary documents of admission and transfer from one hospital to other near 14th of august to the executive chandni employee of mediassist mumbai. She said it will take 15 to 20 days for claim settlement. After 15 days she asked me transfer documents of the hospital and i submitted that to the next day. After 20 days when i called the customer care i got to know that my claim was pending for original irda form which is the basic form which is the first eligible form to submit a request but when i enquired they said by mistake it happened and i got a mail also for that with that they told me that your claim will be settled with in a week and will call you just submit a adhar card of the patient, i mailed that to the email from which i got the query. Today is 15 october and no body has called me for the status and my claim is not yet processed. I have all the evidence of email and the copy which i submitted to the mediassist mumbai. This is the last reminder for them other wise i will complaint to irda forum. I will complaint for the reimbursement plus the payment delayed compensation for which they are harassing from last 2 months.
