Medlife — cancellation by mistake in respect of medicines paid for in advance

I regret to inform that due to prevailing circumstances i had ordered some medicines through the medlife app and made payment in advance through my credit card. But as there was consistent delay, which is understandable, i went back to the app and it was purely accidental that my order got cancelled as i was exploring all options. Please address my case at the earliest and provide a solution as i would really not want my money to go waste. May be adjust my stuck money as balance to the subscription slot as i would like to continue association with medlife
