Medlife — money paid online. amount not refunded after return | |||
Very very bad experience. These people are fraud. Their customer service is the worst customer service i have seen. They do not work on customers complaints. I have ordered medicines on 19th of october 2019 oder # or7891lua-002a and i paid rs. 509.77 instantly online through citibank debit card ×××9309 and the expected delivery which was shown in their website and the medlife app was on 22nd of october 2019. But when it was not delivered, on 23rd october i called asked about delivery then i came to know that they are sending package by external courier ecom express awb # [protected] and it will be delivered by 26th of october but ecom express came to deliver it on 01st november so i have refused to take the delivery. Called the medlife cancellation department told them that i haved returned the package they told they have cancelled it. I will get money with 5 days to the source account that is citibank also got a message about it but till now i haven't got the refund. Medlife customer service is telling that they refunded my money which is so not true because everyday i check my citibank account and the amount has not been credited.
