[Resolved] Medlife — non refund of cash against cancelled order

I had placed 2 orders one on 18th april and the other on 19th both orders got cancelled from your end due to non availability of stock. Payment already made. I am struggling since last 10 days for refund but still not received the same.
Why do you bill and make us pay when stocks are not available. Extremely poor service. Will escalate the matter i[censored]nresolved within 48 hours.

Updated by Vishal. Bagewadi Very poor response from Medlife team.
Nobody answering phone calls and when calls answered making false commitment.
Extremely poor response.Will inform people not to opt for your service.

OR5628AJA-007A. I pay the amount from amazon pay. That also confirmed by customers care, But the order delivery time it comes in COD order
I am attaching the copy of invoice.where the delivery boy signed and confirmed that they receive cash.refund my money.

For every medicine they show on website, after 2 days they tell that they do not have stock of the medicine. why do you take the order then if you dont have stock.

Netmeds is better, avoid using medlife.
