[Resolved] Medlife — refund of payment of rs 483.56 made via bhim app. | |||
This is to inform you that i had made an online upi transaction via bhim app transaction id[protected] to [protected]@icici for ₹483.56 from my savings account with thane bharat banktowards payment for medicines. The transaction was approved by bhim app but your app did not. Confirm receipt of payment as a result i made a second payment through phonepe app which included payment of ₹420.10 plus ₹63.46 from my phonepe wallet totalling ₹ 483.56. I have confirmed with my bank which investigated and concluded that you have received the payment. I had spoken to your call centre representative on[protected] but have not received any feedback.
