I have ordered medicine in 24 May, 2021. I made payment online, instead of that they send me medicine COD. For this reason I cancelled my order. I have send them e-mail so many times to refund my amount. It has been over more than 29days, But Still now I didn't get refund even...

Pharmeasy gives me reply that, Our Support Rep has indicated that your ticket has been Resolved.

My refund has not been credited in my respective mobikwik account then how can medlife/pharmeasy say that ticket has been resolved..
