[Resolved] Meesho — I order one triveni cotton saree of rs 1097 but meesho send another fake product of same details and get paymemt from me. | |||||
I order saree on meesho on 06 oct order name triveni pink colour xotton silk saree but meesho send 2 fake order from 2 delivery agency one is ecom express and other is delhivery and take payment from me all time. With same order name amount my nme adress conatct details etc.order triveni cotton saree by messeho but delhivery delivered me fake order and received payment from me.after some time same order placed by e com express delivery i paid again.mam delhivery delivered fake product so i want refund my amount of rs 1097 and also want reason of my peraonal details or order details how get by delhivery and fake person, i only order on meesho .meesho is responsible for cyber crime for sharing my personal details and money to defaulters fraudes. same order name amount my personal details but order number missing, i also complain meesho customer care but they says without order number i didnt registered complain.i only one product refund . but i talt to delievery man he says mam apko ek baat batana h toh vo btya ki ye product hacker k through bheja aap lati toh bhi maa apko nhi ndeta maa nhi chahta ki apk nuksan ho mera ek order pa 50 rpay k nuksan ho jata hgy toh maana kh ki aap kyu laya ab aap janta tha toh kh mam ye hackers apka order i trackk kr lete h or meesho app ma bhi uss din ki delievery dikha rhi tthi vo toh samjh dar tha toh usna btya aur saara delievery man ni pta rhta but he says aap viswash rkho apk product ayega delievery boy aapsa paise nhi mangaga apka payment online hai .
pls be aware with this fraud hamesha apna order id number check krklo aur meesho . in rarely cases
