I have joined merging star holiday's package of 5 years in Jan'23. Validity of the package was started from Jan'23 and from Jan'23 i have been paying EMI for my package. contract states that we have to reach merging star team for any support of hotel and flight bookings. but no response received from their sales person Mr. Shehbaz and Azbar. chasing them from last 6 Months for my refund for cancellation of my membership as they where not able to fullfill my first trip in Feb 2023.
Need full refund of INR 83, 000 (5 years package/35 nights) without EMI intrest value.
