Merging Star Holidays — Not providing service and website is down and customer care is switched off

I bought a merging star holiday package in February and they gave me the assurance that I will get a welcome kit with their portal credentials within 45 days and now it's been 5 months They didn’t send me anything and now I am not even able to make any bookings. So i requested to cancel my booking and refund my amount. I got confirmation mail in Feb. I will get my refund amount in 3 months and till now I didn't receive the amount and the customer case no is switched off.

No one from customer care: [protected] or the number mention on the website: [protected] will respond to the calls and the reservation booking mail id: [protected]@mergingstarholidays.com mentioned in the wellcome mail will not work. As i have planned to holiday on 23 to 27 February 2023 and requested to book hotels and send first mail on 02nd of February 2023 and following up daily with customer care and sending mails and also reaching to number mentioned on website and i didn't get my hotel booked as per below mail trail details. I was fed-up with the service provided by merging star holidays and i want to cancel and refund my Rs: 83000.
