I booked cab on 7th march 2015. . But driver said me he cannot reach the spot at the required time. This happened after the confirmation done by Meru.
In spite of this I booked meru flexi for which charges are more. I agreed to book Meru flexi and the call center execuitve agreed that no convenience will be charges.
But on reaching the destinon, i found the bill included convenience charges also. I requested the driver wait for few min
utes to sort the issue with call center. But he as not ready to wait and sarted abusing me.
And this type of behaviou with Meru is not first time. Was this information helpful? |
Also it had happened earlier also. Drivers come at their convenient like the auto driver or don't come only. They don't even take the call. Finally we need to call center and wait for next cab.
