Meru Cabs — airport cab kept me waiting and did not come at all | |||||
I had a confirmed booking to airport on 02-08-17 at 8.50pm. The driver - manjunath y s called me and confirmed that he was coming. The app also kept showing he was on the way. When it was getting late, i called him about 11 times and he did not bother to answer. However the app kept saying he was on the way. I had to incur heavy costs to make alternative arrangements to reach airport. I was traveling with family and thus it was a severe mental torture as we almost missed the flight.
