Meru Cabs — Meru taxi driver refused to get paid by e-wallet. | |||||
I had made a booking from Salarpuria Symphony Apartments to Kalyani Magnum IT Park. The driver said he would accept only cash because his e-wallet system was not working. I cancelled the booking and yet I have been charged Rs. 85. The records are also not available on my MERU CABS app or the messages that I had received. Why was the money deducted from my e-wallet when it was the fault of the driver? Was this information helpful? | |||||
