This is regarding incomplete acknowledgement slip issued by metro hospital which did not mention the mother and father name of the deceased who expired on april 09th 2019 inspite of providing all relevant details to them in writing and over phone. Upon highlighting none of the staff is ready to cooperate and update the records suitably.

Due to this cmo office in noida is not ready to accept the documents. This is really a pathetic experience we are made to face

    Myself Devendra Kumar Singh, I have taken appointment ENT doctor in Haridwar Metro Hospital, he recommended few testing, for which blood sample (CBC and AEC test) given in lab on 09/04/2019 and when today asked for Report, first they told to wait and after 30 mins, without any reason asked for resample of blood . When i annoyed, then they told that sample is clotted, may be due to improper mixing. My Question is that :
    - Why unskilled person deputed for sample analysis, which is directly related to patient safety?
    - In Such cases why Lab is not owning responsibility with action plan?
    - Why they should not penalized for such casual ignorance?

      Doctor does not visit on time, even a patient is in pain, he would come on his convinient time, the staff service is the worst, my father is admitted here since 4 days, the worst doctors are not able to identify the cause, there is no releaving in chest pain and breathing difficulties, nurse just come for bp fever checkup and leaves, they are just for making money from poor patients,

        Dear, my mother pushpa breja got operated last month for hernia from metro hospital faridabad and got discharged after few days and after the operation she start facing breathing issue so we took our mother to the hospital back and informed about it. After the check up they found my mother is suffering from dengue disease but before the operation my mother had no such issue that time we said fine it happens but now when she got discharged from hospital after dengue treatment doctor opened the stitches the so it was not recovered and water is leaking so we went for one issue got 2 new problem from metro hospital. Hospital is a business but something called professionalism at least they should operate well and take care of hygiene instead of spreading disease such way and make it business.

          My mother is sick and i came to the hospital in emergency counter. We fill up all the documents submitted the fee and were asked to wait in the emergency section.

          It has been more than two hours since i have been waiting here with my sick mohter. I have asked multiple times to the receptionist in the emergency and they are not responding. This has been the worst experience i have ever had.

          This is probable the worst hospital in delhi.

            Dear
            My daughter baby Muskan was suffering from breath problems and admitted in ur hospital sector 11 noida located, she ving cashless Mediclaim of Rupees ten Lakh’s, but at the time of admission staff were demanding to cash deposit a sum of amount rupees ten thousand at least, in spite of giving our execution abt we r sincere and familiar clients with this institution but he was not ready to listen a single word, however after passing 30 minutes by approaching senior persons she became admitted, it is really a painful incident...secondary the day release to patient the tpa has approved the entire amount at 7:19pm through mail, and mail also I received at same time . But the negligence behaves of Staf’s irritated all o[censored]s including patient too... his statement was “Abhi mail nahi Aaya hai, aayega tao bata denge and all with rudely attitude... however such mail I ve also sent at his provided mail address, again same “abhi mail Khul nahi raha hai, khulega tao bta denge, aur bahut sari fijul baten “ the person was namely PRAKASH or NARESH name is not sure but it was like that.. after passing more than two hours finally we got released..matter was very unpleasant and irritating... feeling very bad and should I understand such misbehaves always perfom in premise.
            So I would like to request u to see the matter and punish the appropriate people,

            I agree...this hospital doesn't have the required ultra scan equipments on standby when needed even for child of 4years who was admitted at night of 29th october with breathing problem. Hospital recommended to go to another hospital that is quite far off when such travel should be avoided at this time. This is really pathetic situation with such a reputed hospital in the city. I would not prefer to give even one star.

              My father today went to show heart docter in Metro Hospital sec-12 The docter neither did check my father properly nor did his old report check that, the docter was just drinking tea. Even so negligence that Dr's name is not even on the slip. In this way, do not even see Doctor of Government Hospital. We come to this hospital of thinking that the docter here will look good but also the same negligence on your part.

                My mother has been admitted here... And the lifts are not working
                There are two main lifts for patients and visitor from which one of them is not working... The on working lift is really slow and the no. S are missing..
                The nurses make you go to pharmacy for n number of times... There is no one to bring medicines for the in house patient who is paying in cash for every treatment

                  Hi, today[protected] me & my husband visited metro multi-specialty hospital noida for maternity insurance related queries.
                  Your staff behaviour was very rude.. I was about to post this on twitter also.
                  I am worried that.. At the time of my admission they will continue behaving like that only.
                  You are are supposed to bahave properly with your patients

                  Really the staffs are very unprofessional and cheep behaviour, management need to take strict actions against them they must be polite and it’s a hospital where the people get cures..not feeling irritable situations...at entrance time and release time the just behave like an officer and just value us as offendent..### if the behaviour can’t be improved how it’s possible that disease can be diagnosed...

                    My father admitted to metro hospital on 19th june and still in hospital under dr talwar, a junior doctor sagar was looking into respiratory problem and it gets resolved on 21st, however my father diagnosed with another problems of gastro as stool was not getting pass..

                    Dr rajat, dr jitendra was looking into case however it's been a week and they are still not able to find any solution. If i reach to dr sagar he says everything is fine reach out to gastro doctors...

                    They are just making money by keeping the patient in the hospital and not providing any solutions even dr are so irresponsible that they don't even visit the patients..

                    Nurse available on the 3rd floor are happy in chit chat but they will not listen or provide any solution..

                    This is the worst hospital experience i've...

                      I visited to the dr. Anurag tandon on 8 november 2017 and revisited on 10 november with my ultrasound report to verify the same.
                      Experience is that how rude/worst/idiot doctors you have who do not have the manner to talk with patients. Teach them first the mannerism and etiquette that supposed to to during their mbbs 1st day.
                      What happened with me:-
                      8 nov-
                      I am a software engineer at hcl technologies and i explained my issues to anurag tondon and few minutes later i tried to add something more, rather than listing to me he stopped me and and the end he said to come after some time.
                      10 nov (The worst day)-
                      When i visited at around 10:15 am his assistant (A lady doctor) was their. When i said that still there is pain in my stomach, she told me that everything is okay and and come after at least two weeks. Later on when i told her that a tablet related to liver was not there in the market and the pharmacist has given me syrup form of the same she uprooted and like shouting voice asked which tablet.. Tell me.. You are an engineer working with hcl and don't talk me like "gaon ke log type"... You can read the prescription and telling me like "unpadh"...

                      Now please let me know if i will use my engineering terminology will she not feel herself like a "gawar doctor?" feel like i should spit on her or give her a tight slap on her face but i left the hospital with a promise that i will make her famous along with metro hospital.

                      Whatt a idiot policy have in ur paymt option. Need payment is the most importent how i paid dosnt matter. I made pymt thru cash and card what is the issue . If your internal problem is rhat you cant take mix paymt is not bother by the customer. Thnx to Dr.Vishal Khurana who made my test easily. The Admin guy Amit Behaviour is very bad not good.

                        I would like to bring it into your attention that metro hospital administrators and their management is worst then anything.
                        They do allow only 1 attendant at a single time but from the last three days their is no one who is checking on the attendants part.
                        People next to me are more than 4 people and are yieling like hell.
                        I understand their patient is serious and they have to take a special care of him but still that doesn’t mean admin will not look into that part and start avoiding such things.
                        Also if we asked to change the room they always have the same answer stating they don’t have room available.
                        This is not done metro team when we are paying more than 3k for a single day.

                              Today dated 11th july 2017, i admitted my wife in metro hospital, sector 11, noida in emergency and after that dr. Done a processor under day care and shift in one common room number 206.

                              I am very surprised to see that this room have two ac provision, one of ac is not working properly and second ac was not there... And one large size photography machine keeping this room and continue working & generate used heat... And room door is fully open with stopper and a lot of people walkin here for photocopying.

                              After complain this nobody taken any action and concern in charge was misbehave with me.

                              After complaining in hard language and take legal action against hospital... Only within 01 hours everything in line.

                              Can'take expect these types of bad services from metro hospital.

                                On monday morning (5/6/17), a patient, devesh gupta (Uhid : 358131), room 405 admitted for an orthopedic surgery was sent for ecg.
                                A tube was connected to a vein in the neck of the patient. However, when she was sent for the ecg, the staff was arguing among themselves and not paying attention to the patient's treatment. They mishandled the patient and as a result of their negligence, the tube connected to the vein in the neck got loose and came out, causing significant blood loss to the patient.

                                Also, till 9 am, even after multiple requests, the bedsheets, sponge, clothes etc were not changed. This callous behavior of the metro hospital faridabad staff must not continue, as patients suffer due to the poor treatment of the staff.

                                  Metro hospital sector 11 is the worst hospital. Zero customer service and zero staff coordination, it's just waste of time. The person on the reception does not know which doctor is present at the moment and asks the customer to find it out. We are waiting outside for our turn and after sometime we got to know that the doctor has left without informing anyone. Unsatisfied...

                                    I m afraid to inform you that Dr.shilpi tiwari, the urologist is really a nuisance for all. He talks rudely to the patients and forces them to take blood samples or other things from his known labs. He is indeed a stigma on the name of Doctors. He even passes acid remarks to the ladies. He doesn't even care of senior citizens. M also one of his victims. Please take some concrete action in this direction to relieve the patients from such pain.

                                    Dr.shilpi tiwari, the urologist in metro hospital, is really a nuisance for all the patients. He doesn't even know how to talk with the patients. He even forces the patients to their blood tests and other tests in his known clinic or labs. He even passes acid remarks to the ladies. He is indeed a stigma on the name of the Doctors. Please take some concrete action in this direction.

                                      I like to complaint about the poor service of metro hospital (Haridwar)
                                      My father was admitted in hospital due to suffering of heart attack on april,
                                      The bill send to me by hospital staff is amount but during they claim bill from my company is different both bill invoice no is same but amount difference is more than 1 lakh.
                                      He submitted bill to my company by fake sign of me and discount is also not mentioned (For co-prate discount of hero motocorp)

                                      I request to kindly relook the matter and bill other vise i go for consumer court for fake sign done by hospital staff on bill
