Dunia ka sabse chor hospital...they only believe in looting patient...priority is money and money only...all doctors and nursing staff below standard level...they ask for buying from their stores and then recirculate the medicine to same store...and their patients suffer from bedsores even in ICU because they don't have proper bedding in ICU but they charge for it..ICU are very unhygienic... Lots of mosquito and flies always around it...every patient in icu without exception suffer from hospital acquired infection...patient might be suffering from only pneumonia but after their critical care he or she will suffer from septicemia and pulmonary failure...they are expert only in making money by killing patient..I think its owner purushotam should start begging money directly rather than looting people in name of treatment... The word humanity lost from their dictionary... But always remember you have to pay for this.

The Metro Hospital, Noida, recommended my nearly 50 years old uncle for replacement of 2 valves of his heart. However, after keeping him admitted there for several days, they returned us without the much needed surgery saying that the patient has some infection.
Later another appointment was fixed with them and after keeping him there for some days they again refused to operate at the last minute and we had to leave the hospital in great agony.
Now the Metro Hospital at Lajpatnagar, New Delhi is also acting in a similar manner. On their advice, my relatives made arrangements for blood etc. but the surgeon, after having fixed the date of surgery firstly, on 25th March and then today, the 26th, has again refused to operate on the ground that his blood tests are not normal. Such frustrating episodes at the hands of the Metro Hospital have put a question mark on the integrity of this hospital. May I request everyone to kindly share their experience with this hospital, if any, so that others do not suffer likewise. I also urge you for any suggestions for taking further course of action in this matter.

        Date of Incident[protected]

        Description: -
I have been visiting Dr. Rajiv Sekhri at his clinic for skin treatment. On[protected], he asked me to get HBA1C test done to find out blood sugar level for average of 3 months. Accordingly, on[protected], I went to Metro Path Labs at Metro Multispeciality Hospital situated at L - 94, Sector 11, Noida (Pin 201301) and gave the blood sample for the same. I paid Rs. 480 towards the test. I collected the test report on[protected] and observed that the result of the test is 12%, which is a sign of high level diabetes. The normal range of the test 4.3 to 6 % and beyond 7.6% it is poor control diabetes. I went into shock and immediately visited Dr. Sekhri. After seeing the reports he informed me that I am highly diabetic and immediately should contact the concerned specialist. However, to be double sure I visited to another hospital namely Kailash Hospital in Noida and got the same test done again on[protected]. On[protected] I collected the report and it was found that Hb1AC test result is 5.6%, which is absolutely normal and contacted Dr. Sekhri and it was found that the test results are absolutely normal and there is nothing to worry. Subsequently, I went to Metro Hospital again to get the clarification. I requested the lab to give me clarification, however, they did not pay any heed to my request. After so much of efforts I could meet their incharge and requested him to clarify the position. Upon my requested he took the blood sample again on[protected] and got the test done imminently and surprisingly, the result was under the normal limits as 5.6%, which is similar to the result of Kailash Hospital. Being aggrieved by the services of the hospital, I requested the incharge to escalate the issue to the top management and reimburse me the amount spent on the tests and fee of the Doctor. He assured me to resolve the same, however, even after a lapse of long time, there was no response from the hospital. I time and again visited to the hospital to get the issue resolved. however, nobody allowed me to meet the management. Being aggrieved by such un-proffessional behaviour by any Hospital, which might affect the diagnosis and might lead to a wrong treatment, is not acceptable and should not be repeated. Considering the same, I also requested them on their website to resolve the issue, however, again there was no response from their side. During the period I have gone through mental agony and shocked by a big hospital in a big city. Accordingly, I request the hon'ble forum to consider my plea and grant me the following relief:
        1. Rs. 1600/- paid to Dr. Sekhri for 2 visits on 9th and 11th December, 2014, Rs. 800/- each:
        2. Rs. 480/- towards the test fee paid to Metro Hospital;
        3. Rs. 440/- towards the test fee paid to Kailash Hospital;
        4. Rs. 10, 000/- towards mental agony and harassment.

I am attaching herewith the relevent documents including test results and fees paid to the doctor and Hospital.

I request you to please grant me the aforesaid relief and teach them a lesson.

I would like to draw your kind attention towards irresponsible behavior of management (Mrs Manjula Gupta, Billing Manager) and misguidance from Doctors (Dr.Amitabh Goel, Neurosurgeon)of Metro Hospital & Heart Institute(Multispeciality), Sec-11, Noida which have left patient in state of misery and untreated by refusing her Surgery/treatment for Tethered Spinal Cord Syndrome.
Patient was initially admitted (on advance was Rs 5000 )in Metro Hospital, Sec-11, Noida on 10.1.13 where she was diagnosed Tethered Cord Syndrome (TCS)which required urgent surgery as patient urinary bladder was affected completely with 50% sensory loss in legs. Dr.Amitabh Goel, neurosurgeon on his visit on 11.1.13 gave brief of surgery to be performed and suggested operation on Tuesday or thereafter as 12 was Sunday and 13 Jan he had some other surgery. Since Surgery on spinal cord was to be offered cashless by Metro Hospital Sector-11 as per my company(UPRVUNL) and their contract . I queried Ms.Manjula Gupta to start billing on cashless head for which she replied it require re-admission. Being such a case patient was discharged on 11.1.2013 (with advise note stating –To be admitted under Dr.Amitabh Goel for surgery from hospital )
On 15.01.13 patient was again taken to hospital to be admitted for surgery, where I showed the discharge summary of last time and asked them to admit patient for surgery(authorization slip & medical diary slip was shown to TPA/Billing Manager) . Doctors told that patient was having fever therefore she will be admitted under some physicians. And again advance was Rs 5000 was admitted to Metro Hospital, Sec-11, Noida and however all pre-requisite tested for surgery was conducted against submitted advance.
Seeing the vicious circle behavior of hospital to avoid cashless admission I clearly asked Ms.Manjula Gupta, billing manager that when I will get cashless treatment against spinal cord surgery for which she failed to reply satisfactorily .After an hour later Dr.Amitabh Goel telephonic told that surgery is not possible in this hospital and we have to go to other hospitals. However we waited for next day for the visit of Dr.Amitabh Goel hoping matter can be resolved. But doctor on visit told the same story to avoid cashless surgery and referred us to other hospital.
Finally patient was discharged at night on 16.1.2014 and was admitted to Holy Family, Okhla, Delhi .God save us all from such hospital and doctors

Bad to hear that. Don't know the context but the truth is you were in trouble and instead of offering a Help to you, they looked liked insisted on depositing fee and formalities.

Metro cities and so called metro hospitals are just money making business now. Nothing more than that. More money, more facilities, more care else go elsewhere.

Stakeholders monetary benefits matters now for these hospitals instead of needy patients care and economic cure with best nursing. God bless these all

                      Address: Gurgaon, Haryana

My dadaji is admitted in Metro Hospital Gurgaon Palam Vihar. I am surprised to see that they have not yet installed fire sprinkles in the premises and have not seen fire extinguisher anywhere around hospital gallery and in ground floor.

How can an hospital put people life in danger.

Request you to please send a team to following hospital to examine the situation which most critical. How can a hospital got a lic to operate.

Also notice that the paint operation is going on in the premises and its toxic smell can hurt patient and people who are visiting daily.

Please take is serious before its get too late.

                      Thanks in advance

                      9) Lack of training & knowledge to the staff

so visiting to the metro hospital, palam vihar, gurgaon is horrible
Totally agree to the existing comments for metro hospital.

Without any facility they are charging heavily to their patient.

As an recent example, in my absence my spouse has taken my kid to the hospital with some pain in his elbow.

There is an ortho doctor by the name of B Chauhan. He just pulled his hand and the kid was OK after that.

But to my surprise he's charged Rs 3700.00 for just pulling his hand. In an earlier instance with same problem, another hospital has just charged the consultancy fee only.

Paying money is not a problem but I felt cheated.

As this hospital is not doing well so they are treating every patient as "BAKRA". and Dr Bhupendra Chauhan is one of their best

                      pic-pocketeer.

Good for the hospital but bad for the patients.

Avoid going to this hospital, it's actually horrible.

Dr B.N Tandon and his Team a team o[censored]seless doctors who are least bothered about their patient.

My Father was admitted for a gastro (stomach surgery). Post surgery one week he was fine. After that he was not able to digest any food nor able to intake anything .we kept telling the doctor and even informed him about his condition on a daily basis he wa admitted agin and then releived .He still could not recover. On 15th we took him to the doctor as there was some major problem and some infectious liquid was coming out from the pipe that was inserted in his stomach. The junior doctor saw him and sent him back saying that it happens and put stitches around that pipe.

Can you believe he had severe pain the same night and in emergency we had to again admit him in the hospital and the next night he died.

what was the reson for death the infection for which we had taken him to the hospital on 15th and the doctor sent us back ignoring his deteriorating condition and the infection..he had only bones left in his body and the doctors were least bothered post surgery.Inspite of we keeping them posted on every activity.

Just because of negligence and carelessness i lost my dad .Inspite of getting the issue of concern to doctors notice he sent us back.

Pls guide and help us...and take some action.,

My dad had so much faith in doctors and always hope to live.
