Metro Railway, Kolkata — excess amount deduction for unlocking my card | |||
Dear sir, This is inform to you that i am dipankar chakraborty, living at kolkata, i have traveled in metro from central metro station to park street on 23.01.2018 at 7.30 am. Due to signalling problem and derailing of the metro track i was forced to get off the train. Today (25/1/2018) while trying to pass through the entrance gate of mahatma gandhi road metro station i asked to pay an additional amount of rs 25 where actual fare is rs 5. I request you to kindly look into this matter and give me a detailed explanation as why i was asked to pay the extra amount in the counter for unlocking the card. I also spoke to the station master of mg road metro station but he told me that this is the system.
