Metro Shoes — Coupon unable to redeem

We had purchased for around Rs.45000(split bills)on 29th June 2025 at Metro shoes, Trichy. I had received a coupon for Rs.1575 valid till 31st July 2025. We went to redeem the same on 31st July 2025 evening and selected the items to be bought. But while billing, the manager said that there is no coupon in our name and after checking said it shows that its already redeemed on 13th July 2025 in their system, it was not redeemed by me. We have raised a complaint in the store, and they had been telling us that they are waiting for head office approval. We have been following up with them, but no solution yet.
