I reside in lagos _ nigeria. During my trip to india back home, i bought a pair of sandals from metro shoes - pramukh swami arcade, yagnik road, rajkot (Gujarat) showroom in decemeber 2018. I did not use the sandals till this week and started wearing it since last 4 days. To my surprised the sole has torn in and the sandals can not be used again!! I could not believe it can torn like this (Attaching the images) me and my family are prominent customers of metro shoes and it is really shocking to have such experience and still can not digest the poor quality!!!

I had Order red Crocs and the product which i have received is the wrong product as shown in

The Original Product is Tomato Red Crocs with White Bottom Strip To it.

And The product arrived is Dark Red/ Maroon type Crocs with Black Bottom Strip To it.

I want to return the product and get my amount back in my account

I bought a slipper last week from metro
The strap in the slipper was very sharp it injured my leg Badly it is not even healing it is forming into a ulcer i am having fever now
I think it’s gonna leave a scar on my leg
I am getting married next year now my fiancé is telling he hate this scar and calling off this marriage
Such a bad disaster for my family
Just becuz of a slipper I am going to die

I have bought a wedge heels shoes from seawoods central on 10th may, wore it just for the day and the second time i wore it, it came off. I have paid rs.1690 for this product.

I ordered metro wedges the quality of the footwear is degraded as after wearing it for few times only it started looking as if its 1 year old footwear. I have used the same footwear earlier the quality of which was excellent. I had bought it from metro showroom. I used that for nearly 2 years. Did i get fake item or what. I am highly disappointed as my money is wasted.

I had purchased two pairs of shoes in your high street phoenix, lower parel, mumbai 13, bearing bill no 271260 dated 29/3/2019 at21.14.28 for rs.4131/- but one of the shoes are damaged within one month's and 10 days period. I am very regret to say that your name is very reputed but i purchased a third class of quality shoes from your shop. I am not satisfied from your goods as within one month it was damaged. Please give your customer best quality as you take a big amount for third class quality.

I purchased a pair of shoes of fila brand from metro at relief road ahmedabad
At the time of purchase they told nothing will happen and told that if anything happens we will take care.
I purchased the item on sept 18 and it got teared off in just 6months. But due to time issues i pointed the problem in march 19, but when i pointed the problem their attitude was little change yesterday i went to collect my fila shoes and saw that instead o[censored]sing cloth they repaired the shoes with rexin.. Which is not really giving the shoes a bad look and uncomfortable also.
Kindly look into the matter as it is not expected from auch a big brand.
If my issue is not resolved i will report the matter to the consumer court as i felt like cheated.

I am prasad here i purchased a pair of shoes at your jayanagar showroom which is very tight and uncomfortable to wear. I told your sales person at the shop and he convinced me by telling that it will be all right after few days. Till now i am feeling uncomfortable. I don't know what to do please solve the issue. Recently we had a wedding at our house we bought several pairs of shoes and chappals.

I was purchased formal shoes size 8 from Mumbai store front of police mukhyalay. I am used from last 4 to 5 days I am fill very uncomfortable doing pains in hills because company used in this shoe wooden support for hill and hill is so high. I think hills sole is not good quality

I have bought a hand bag from metro, it was pathetic in quality, i brought it in a marriage and it was so embarrassing for me as hand bag’s outer layer was coming out, people were observing, i make sure that i will never buy anything from metro now, neither shows nor purse. I bought a Metro Chappel for my wife on October from Trivandrum Metro showroom. After 4 months I could see the name of Metro has completely vanished and the threads started coming outside. So I have given my chappel to Kozhikode Hilite Mall Metro showroom and they have sent it for service/replacement before 2 weeks, Now I am not having any update on my product. I tried to call the showroom many times and no one pics the call. They have agreed like they will be giving a call by last Friday. As I didn't get that call and no response I have directly visited the showroom on Saturday.
When I meet those guys directly they said that they will be giving a call on Monday on what to do next. Now its again going for another Friday. Till now I didn't receive any call from them. When I tried to call no one is picking up the call. What should I do next? Please help me to get back my product with a replaced one.

Dear concern
I have purchased 2 ladies articles one shoe and one sandel on 15th dec'18. My wife tried both the articles at your outlet in saharaganj mall, lucknow. Shoe was bitting in left leg at the same time and she also said to sells person that shoe is bitting, but sales person said it will be ok when you wear it for 1-2 days. We trusted him and taken. She then tried at home and walked for some time, it hurtled so much that she didn't able to walk.
Then i said that i will return it the next day, when i came at your outlet, they said that they will not replace but will do something, that problem will be rectified.
I came back with the same, after trusting them that they have done something.
But same problem faced and no improvement observed.
I am a very loyal customer of metro but this type of attitude and response will force me to change my mind and go to some other good brands.
I have given back that defective shoe on 22nd dec at your outlet, but till date i have not recieved any response.
I want my money back, and i don't want to use repaired defective product worth around rs. 1400.
This is a gentle mail and complaint, treat it on top most priority and do the needful by returning my money.

I have purchased one pair of metro chappal from yamuna nagar showroom.
Witin 2 days o[censored]se of the chappal, it started cracking from its sole not even single piece but both, we have submitted that chappal at the same store on 4th of decemeber and we were continuously chasing for an update from them but they said they will call us and on 24th december, my father again called to take an update and they said, you can purchase any other thing from our store in its replacement but my question is why to purchase another article which may again get damaged in 2 days and again i have to wait for this much and i just asked them to refund the amount as i dont want any other article which may be of poor quality again but they denied for the same.

I was about to purchase a pair of shoes of size 10 and the cost was 511.. Unfortunately, the size did not mach.. So i went for the next size 11 which cost 1008.. On demanding an explanation with the sales girl, she said the price totally depended on the size of the shoes... I was so shocked to see that the cost varies nearly 500bucks for just one size.. They somehow convienced me. So on going for the next option, i found the rate of the next shoe of size 11 was 820which was comparatively lower the size 10 and it cost 1180. And... Some was rates were with the saravana stores tag and some were hand written.
So now question is where was the fault.? And on what basis the rates are printed on the shoes.? Is this how you satisfy the customers.??

I bought a metro brand shoe, model 19-4754 for rs.2490 on 22-10-19 in chromepet, chennai showroom.
It has a defect in it.
Water gets inside through stitches design in the front portion.
Shop person agrees the defect but he says he cannot do anything.
He asked me to send email about the defect to [protected]@metroshoe.com but it is not proper email id.

It is a matter of deep concern / importance that illegal factories are working
In residential areas are polluting these places and are becoming main cause
Of making it unfavorable for human being to live in an environment of piece.
What these factories are doing here in residential areas while according to
The laws no body has the right to violet the law as by opening illegal
Factories in the residential areas and why no action is being taken on
People who are taking initiative of this violence.
Now coming to the point,

Now coming to the problem, in this residential area one
Illegal factory are working freely which produce lot of noice in day and night
Time. People & children are unable to study and sleep becouse of the machines and hammer produces lots of noice all the time on daily basis. As the factory are situated in between the houses of common people.
All we common people can do is to request you to understand our problem by
Putting yourself on our place and take an immediate / fast action against
Such unauthorized factories in our area that are making this place like
Hell.
This is a collective complaint by us the victims of these factories. Hoping
To have a quick and strict action in this regard soon.

I had bought a sketches chappal dmfrom metro shoes, forum mall, pandeshwar mangalore. While buying they had told that if any complaints they will will repair and give. But when i went there and said they took the chapel but the person there talks rudely that he cannot get it repaired. They didn't give me good response. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. And tell the person to talk nicely.

FRANCO LEONE SHOES !!

I had purchased a pair of pure leather formal Shoes of brand Franco Leone from METRO SHOES, EMPRESS MALL, NAGPUR, on 30 th AUGUST, 2018 but after wearing for a month these shoes is spoiling from the Front and sides. I have paid INR 2795 for the pair and it is hard to believe even after spending such a huge amount of money, the company is not giving quality and seller is neither entertaining complaint nor giving replacement and not accepting the fault of shoes, Instead giving [censored]ful advices for buying this polish, that polish, blah.. blah.. blah.. i went to get it replaced, they were not ready to accept the fault and replace I just wanted Metro Shoes give me the replacement of the shoe.

So, this brand takes more money and do not provide satisfaction as well as have quality problem

Bought a new formal shoes from v3s mall store laxmi nagar but with in 20 days only its finished.. Sole the base part of shoes got separated and interesting thing is when i been there at store then i got to know its shifted from here.. Worst experience i can ever say..
Boss need my money back or else new pair of shoes otherwise ill take this forward to consumer court for sure..

I purchase shoes of amount 5000 before 2 month wear hardly 6 time. For defect on shoes i gave to change shoes but when i recevied it is broken. After they refuse change it or proper repair it i can approch compny thier customer care no is unrechable. So i can contact their corporate no they listen but doent response. It very expensive shoes but i really suprise their after sale service and their product quality.
