Dear concern
I have purchased 2 ladies articles one shoe and one sandel on 15th dec'18. My wife tried both the articles at your outlet in saharaganj mall, lucknow. Shoe was bitting in left leg at the same time and she also said to sells
person that shoe is bitting, but sales
person said it will be ok when you wear it for 1-2 days. We trusted him and taken. She then tried at home and walked for some time, it hurtled so much that she didn't able to walk.
Then i said that i will return it the next day, when i came at your outlet, they said that they will not replace but will do something, that problem will be rectified.
I came back with the same, after trusting them that they have done something.
But same problem faced and no improvement observed.
I am a very loyal customer of metro but this type of attitude and response will force me to change my mind and go to some other good brands.
I have given back that defective shoe on 22nd dec at your outlet, but till date i have not recieved any response.
I want my money back, and i don't want to use repaired defective product worth around rs. 1400.
This is a gentle mail and complaint, treat it on top most priority and do the needful by returning my money.
