Metro Shoes — newly bought expensive crocs discoloured in 15 days

I, pragya richa bought a pair of crocs 15 days back from metro showroom in patna. It costed 4945 rupees and was a printed crocs. I was told by the salesman that the print was genuine and will not wash away easily. But in less than 10 days print is discoloured and it would have been okay if it would have been used a lot or would have been a year. This is unacceptable. Not satisfied with the product at all. Please take some actions.
