I had purchased shoes and dr. Ortho pad for my daughter living at australia by walk in through your company's show room rkt-rks01, near malaviya chowk rajkot vide bill no 200645 dated 08/02/2017 as product details attached herewith a copy of bill
As your brand is worldwide and products are always costly but precious and genuine
But unfortunately with a three month sole of the shoes became flat and sleepery and as she has only 55 kg weight and wearing shoes in routine in simple walk as well as dr. Ortho pad pressed become non used so concern doctor has advice not to wear the said and shoes and dr. Ortho's shoe-pad same thing i had intimated to concern sales executive and now she come to india we had visited your shop and sales executive with products and its problem he had tried to contact his higher authority but unfortunately no one is ready to resolve the problem. Metro sale's executive is ready to change dr. Ortho's shoe-pad but unable for metro product
I have faith and very good image of metro product and it's service, till i could not think about this worst experience with company and its product.. I didn't argue for money which we had paid for your product but it is a matter of regreat that your sales division is not ready to listen about failure and review of the product to find out the root cause in the interest of company
Sir you are humbly requested to go through the case i will send you all the photographs of regarding said product and factual position from procurement to non used condition with in three month. Just to send your product from india to australia and same to procure back is more costly then product so please think about the genuineness of grievance
