Metro Shoes — Return of order number[protected] via ticket number 352403

I’ve to return the order as the footwear and too noisy. I lodged a return request 10 days back, ticket number was allotted to me and I was assured that executives would be Fontaine me soon but so far I’ve got no revert. Moreover no one is replying to the mails I’m sending.
