I have baught a shoe from Metro shoe South City Mall store on 20th August 2021. Within a month the shoe was not wearable as it is a defective product. I took the product to the store in October 2021 (less then 2 months of purchase) and I was given a slip and told that the shoe will be repaired. They have kept the shoe in store for almost 4 month and when I kept on following up then they gave me back the same shoe in February 2022.
When again found that the product is still damaged and objected then they issued me a new slip and took back the previous one and committed that product will be replaced to a new one.
Today again when I contacted them they are again giving me back the same defective shoe (uploading photo which clearly shoes the broken marks),
Not only that, when I refused to take back the damage shoe and requested for a new one the South City Mall store team has cut the telephone conversation. I am now feeling harassed and cheated for last 5 months as I have been given a defective shoe and the South City Mall store team is constantly trying to give me back the same defective shoe and it's been 5 months now that the harassment is continued.
I need an new pair of shoe and that is what I am complaining. Need an solution on the same as It is not been solved for 5 months now.
