This complaint is with respect to Order No. MS20319723 placed on 19th January.
A totally different product was received, the same was brought to the notice of the customer care executives, who promised to schedule a reverse pick up.
After a gazillion of mails and phone calls back and forth still the product hasn’t been picked up. The Customer Care has unabashedly, asked for more and more time to schedule a simple reverse pick up. And every time after the said period has lapsed they have conveniently apologised and asked for even more time.
It’s been over a month and I am stuck with a totally different product which the company unabashedly doesn’t pick up.
