Hi.. L cleared from mgu in 2015 in new delhi am a foreign student from kenya. I paid 5000rps and got my provisional certificate in 2016. Now l need my main degree certificate and am finding it hard getting it because l have to pay another 5000rps and your online mode of payment is not working. I have bank of baroda...
