Mi — tv purchased 6 months ago, apps not working | |||
I purchased a Smart TV on 19th October 2018, till now none of the applications like Amazon Prime, Netflix are working on it. I got in touch with Flipkart from where I purchased the set, they said that such things are provided by the company. All these important aspects related to the product are not mentioned in the specifications. How am I as a customer supposed to know all of these things. I purchase a “Smart” TV with the intetion o[censored]sing all applications, that’s where the Smart word comes from. I was instructed by MI’s executive to use applications like Facebook, Whatsapp, etc on the TV. Have I purchased a set for using these applications ? Or have I purchased it to use other applications ? What nonsense suggestions the executive is giving me. Moreover he was such a dud, had no information relating to the set, I had more information than the executive on the product. Repeatedly on raising complaints, I was told that these applications will not work on the set with no such information provided on the site.
