Micromax A 93 — Micromax a93 hanging problem

Hi i have purchase micromax a93 about 4-5 months before and it now giving lots of problems. I also reset my phone many times but problem remains same It hangs daily and to fix it i have to daily remove and insert its battery, sometimes this i do 2-3 times a day. I am not happy with the phone, i tried to sell it but no body want to purchase it. Also it downloaded many apps daily without my permissions, i select option o[censored]nwanted apps but it still download apps, i want to get rid of all of this, Check image attached of my phone details, picture i taken from another phone and it has some flash light shows but still image can show full info of my phone Thanks Regards Ashish email: [protected]@gmail.com
