[Resolved] Micromax — complaint regarding Handset of micromax(A300) | |||
Dear sir, I purchased a handset named Micromax Canvas Gold (A300) on 21/10/2014, after purchasing and using for 3 days I found many problem in the newly purchased phone like Heating, hotspot, battery issue, google speak these all were not functioning properly. After so much of problem I decided to return this phone. I went to the Micromax store from where i purchased the handset, they directed me to go to Micromax Service Center and asked me to make mobile DOA and after that they will give me a new phone of same model, as directed. As per the discussion and direction, i went to Micromax Service Centre, they made DOA certificate. And then again I approached to the MICROMAX STORE, from where I purchased the handset. They given me a new handset fully sealed when i open it for checking there is a problem of SIM 2 the Sim 2 is not working so on same time i returned back and ask for other one but they told me that phone is not in the stock after looking to so much of problem i decided not to buy the micromax Handset then the Dealer make a RETURN INVOICE ( Credit note) and ask me that go to service center again show them this credit note they will give you a Cheque of Rs15500/- after taking RETURN INVOICE (credit note) i gone to sevice centre they told me that we are here to give services not refundind money they given me this statement in written which i m attaching after listening to service centre i return to Dealer (micromax store) they told me they cannot give my money back they can give me same mobile when i say how can i take that model(A300) which is coming with so much of problem they told me that they cant do anything when i say give me in writting that you cant do any thing then they refuses to do so. I am really very depressed with such a rude behaviour of micromax service centre and Dealer( Micromax store) plz help me regarding this i m attaching 4 things DOA certificate, Purchase Bill, return Invoice( Credit Note), statement of Micromax service centre. They have given me 2 no. to complain about micromax but when i call both no. are not in use the Micromax dealer given me this 2 no. when i said both no. are not working they just said that only this 2 no. is avialable on their website i can't help you... the two no. are which they have given
